Good morning all my friends, family and
acquaintances.
Not much to report or talk about. Staying active, enjoying my
garden and sucking up some of the California sun rays for now.
Getting ready to put the house on the market so staying busy getting
everything ready. Listed home of sellersmagic.com which is one of
my new websites. We have been traveling a lot and staying out of
California as much as we can so we do not become residents. It is
nice to snowbird as they call it but we are ready to find our final
retirement home and get settled in. We have I believe decided we
don't want to continue living in Port Orchard or California.
California is not user friendly to your budget. Health, home, and
vehicle insurance is much.... higher. Their is taxes on everything
you buy. We have been looking quite a bit in Vancouver area.
Just wanted to let everyone know we are doing well and staying healthy.
