Go see Michelle Hibbs (Sales Specialist) She works in the Appliance & home improvement section of the store.
She is absolutely great to work with. She is exceptional when it comes to customer relations, very patient, understanding, and works with the customer to ensure they get "what they want." She knows her products, she is very business savvy, and takes interfacing with contractors and customers seriously.
Installation team:
Follow up from sales, was the installation team. Laura Michels was in daily contact with us to ensure contractors were on time, on site, on schedule , and that we were satisfied with the contractor and the work going on in our home. The Lowe's team also showed up at our home to interface with the contractor and customer. We received a call the following day after the job was completed to see if we were satisfied with the work.
Final evaluation and performance:
Had a meeting with Lowe's team to assess all the completed work. A couple small issues came up and they were resolved immediately by the Lowe's team to our satisfaction. The customers satisfaction appears to be one of their best qualities. We will have work performed by Lowe's again and highly recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors. The expectations are set high by the Lowe's installation team with contractors performing work on your home. The back up of all work with their in home warranty is outstanding.
