When you want the best, hire the best.

This is a copy of a letter
written to Agape Painting Company on Jan.24, 2009
Do you want a friend as a painter, or do you want a professional?
If you want both, you stand to benefit when you hire the best painting
company in Sacramento County.

Let me explain:
First and foremost we did not hire the first, least expensive, or
quickest painter to paint the entire interior of our home. Agape
painting got the job first and foremost because of good ratings on
database searches online, but some other key factors were the painter’s
personality, cleanliness, ability to communicate, and willingness to
work with us (the customer).
Were goals achieved?
How would you like someone to come into your home and instantly make
you feel comfortable with your choice of painters, to know immediately
that this is someone you can trust? Agape Painting turned our boring,
drab, out dated, ugly duckling home into a beautiful swan. Maybe you’re
looking for a rainbow of colors with that pot of gold at the end. When
the job is completed you will feel honored that you are now able to live
in such a wonderfully comfortable home, or, if this is the plan, to be
able to get the best price for your home, if selling is what you had in
mind.
Customer relations like no other I have
experienced:
-
Owner of the company who visited our job site
almost every day.
-
Kept the homeowner informed so we knew what to
expect the following day. This helps if you are living in the home
at the time. The day she was not able to visit the site she called
us.
-
Walks and talks with the customer.
-
Inspects all work in progress.
-
Listens to customer
-
Sense of humor
-
Very professional.
-
Exceptional skills in type and color paint
recommendations.
-
On time, and on schedule each and every day.
Personally works right along with her crew:
-
Hand
selected her crew who are willing to work, and work to her higher
professional standards.
-
Ensures worker standards exceeded general contracting standards by
far.
-
Exceptional skills evident in her work and her professional painting
crew.
-
Maintains a great attitude which shows in her workers. Upbeat and
positive.
-
Stops work in progress, if needed, to ask questions of the owner.
Detail
oriented:
-
Transition from one paint color to another.
-
Transition from wall color to trim color.
-
Stays in the lines.
-
The
personal touch. I know that the painters who painted our home
painted it like they were painting their close friends home, their
own home, or even better their mothers home.
Home
preparation:
-
The owner is in the process of training an
apprentice worker to become the next generation painter. He is
starting at the first level of becoming a great painter, protecting
the home and the homeowners’ belongings, maintaining cleanliness
throughout the painting process, and cleaning up at the end of the
job.
-
100% attention to taping off and hanging plastic when needed.
-
The protection of windows, carpet, flooring, tiles, appliances, and
kitchen cabinets was awesome.
-
Minor repairs (nail holes), sanding, and caulking were accomplished
Safety & Security:
-
Respected my home and belongings.
-
Felt I could leave my wallet on the table.
-
Both the owner and workers were safety
conscious.
This is the type of person and business
required to keep a community afloat in rough times.
We
are looking forward to the refinishing of our kitchen cabinets and
painting the outside of our home soon.
We love you Erin, You are our painter for
life.
